Location: the hotel was near a good hike. I appreciated nearby Cafeteria Bar Yovilant, they had nice drinks. The staff was really helpful, the room was huge and great-sized with nice bathrooms. The breakfast was incredible with bacon even provided, the overall atmosphere was quiet.

This hotel was a great value for money, with prices that were more than reasonable. The location was fantastic, being very close to the railway station, bus station, and taxi service. It was also just a short walk away from the park and the main square, where there were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants to explore. The staff here were very helpful and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and came with air conditioning and satellite TV.

I like the location, because it is literally two steps from the bus station and about 10 minutes walk from the train station. It has a cafeteria with a fairly long opening hours and shower is very comfortable and spacious. bed was also quite comfortable.

There was no way to regulate the heating, we were up all night at 31 degrees in the middle of November (raining and quite cold in the street). There was no way to regulate it, we had to open the window (and it was raining.. so water was coming in). dining room is very sad, it looks like a waiting room. breakfast was matching the decoration. There is no machine decaf, only in envelopes (which also does not cost that much and we are many consumers.. with limited options, toaster is off all the time, so we have to wait for it to warm up and toast, with the consequent loss of time, among other things.

Everything in general: spacious room, comfortable beds, television quite big for what we usually find in other hotels, good isolation, optimal air conditioning, spacious bathroom. to emphasize the cleanliness and tranquility. In relation to the situation, excellent. You can walk to the center and places of interest in a short time. bad thing, blue zone and parking: 10 euros/day. We went at the weekend and organized well in terms of time to leave it in the blue zone so we did not complicate looking for parking nearby. Also, nice and willing staff, in reception and in the cafeteria.

The pillow, too low for me. But this is a very personal thing. Also, the shower. I understand that it will be handicapped accessible, hence the lack of a sheet, but still, the bathroom will be leaking even if you don't use much pressure. We had to put a shower towel in addition to the carpet.

This hotel is perfectly situated, with easy access to public transportation and just a short stroll to the beautiful park nearby. The staff here is incredible, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are lovely.

From the airport took a shuttle bus (goes to the bus station - almost to the hotel door). Excellent location of the hotel: near the bus station (no noise did not interfere, because the closed windows and air conditioning), 5 minutes to the railway station, 10 minutes to the city center (through the park). The bus station is convenient for trips to other cities (comfortable and inexpensive). Valladolid is an excellent place to travel in the Castilla León region, for example, Madrid: it is optimal in terms of time and price for travel to other cities in the region, the price of a hotel of this level of comfort is 1.5-2 times lower, prices in restaurants are lower. Breakfast was not taken, as we went to other cities early. We got a better room than we expected - with a terrace. The room itself is comfortable, with a good bed, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc. (according to the description of the hotel). The staff is attentive, the cleaning is normal. On the day of departure left things until the evening in the luggage room. There were no problems with the Internet.

I would like to watch at least 1 TV channel in Russian (any news channel).

Hotel locates near to city centre and close to train station, that's comfortable during business trip, when you don't have much time to spend walking long distance.

The breakfast offered a lot of fabulous meals. Our room was impeccably clean and complete with a clean bathroom.- The hotel was in a central location to the main shopping area.- It was near bus stations, the main square, and all the shops, bars, and restaurants in that area.- The incredible rose gardens near the river are easily accessible.

The location of Kris Parque -close to the bus terminal- made our trip very safe and convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Despite the affordable prices, you still get great value for your money. The attention to detail is evident, from the well-maintained rooms to the helpful and friendly staff. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance to the center and train station, making it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The basic amenities are all there, and the rooms, although not spacious, have a large bathroom which is a nice touch. Plus, the quality of the breakfast is impressive, with good food options to start your day off right.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, as it was right by the coach station and close to the train station. It was also near the centre of the city, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to my enjoyable experience.

We could stall the bikes we rented at the hotel and leave them there until they were picked up by Charly's Bici. Great service I say!
